What do I need to do to register for preschool?

You have the option to fill the PDF form out online and then print it to submit to us or print it out, fill it in and submit it. Don't forget to sign in the appropriate spots.

What do I need to do to register for summer camp?

Please complete and submit The Think Sun Preschool Summer Camp Registration Form - PDF
Make payment of camp fee for each child registered, or day per child.
Full week registrations are given priority.
Please note that we cannot hold a space for the camps, unless you register and pay.
No refund for absences or partial attendance.
You may withdraw up to August 1 for August camp OR Preschool Preview Days with a $90.00 penalty.

Waiting List: If the camp is full, you may place your child on the waiting list. There may be withdrawals and spaces will be offered to the waiting list.

Withdrawal Policy

THE THINK SUN PRESCHOOL ACADEMY REQUIRES 30 DAYS WITHDRAWAL NOTICE (notice being given on the first of the month for the month following). THERE IS NO REFUND FOR PARTIAL MONTHS DUE TO VACATION OR ILLNESS.

Withdrawal Fees and Penalties

After June 1 but before September 1- ONE MONTH TUITION
After September 1 but before October 1- ONE MONTH TUITION
After October 1 or one month after enrollment - ONE MONTH TUITION AND 30-DAY NOTICE APPLIES

30 day notice being the 1st of the month for month following. There is no refund for vacation absences, illness or partial attendance

Summer Camp Withdrawal Fees and Penalties

There is no refund for absences or partial attendance
You may withdraw up to June 1 for June camps with a $90.00 penalty
August 1 for August camp with a $90.00 penalty
Preschool Preview Days with a $90.00 penalty

Payment

The Think Sun preschool accepts, Visa, Mastercard, e-transfers, and personal cheques

Monthly tuition fees are due at the first of the month by cheque or Visa/Mastercard. Returned cheques and declined credit cards (for any reason) are subject to an additional fee of $25.00.
